SYSTEM FOR NEBULIZING IN THE CABIN OF A VEHICLE
AUTOMOBILE
[001] The invention relates to the nebulization in the air of a passenger compartment of a vehicle, especially a motor vehicle, and aims in particular at a nebulization system in the air of a vehicle interior, the system comprising a fuel tank. removable water.
[002] A motor vehicle includes an air management system within the passenger compartment of the vehicle to ensure the comfort of passengers of the motor vehicle. Such an HVAC system, for Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning in the English language, meaning Heating, Ventilation and HVAC air conditioning allows in particular to increase or decrease the temperature of the air within the passenger compartment of the vehicle. To reduce the air temperature, it is known in particular an air conditioning system for cooling the air through the compression / depression of a heat transfer fluid.
[003] Also known from FR3004971, a nebulizing system projecting water droplets into the air of the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle to cool said passenger compartment. Such a nebulizing system comprises a nozzle projecting the droplets and a water tank supplying the nozzle. The tank must be filled regularly to allow the fogging system to function normally. However, such a nebulizing system being mounted on the vehicle, a filling system such as a pump is necessary to fill the water tank, which is complex, time-consuming and therefore represents a drawback.
[004] The invention therefore aims to solve these disadvantages by providing a nebulization system for a motor vehicle whose filling water is fast and easy.
To achieve this result, the present invention relates to a nebulization system in the air of the passenger compartment of a motor vehicle, the system comprising at least one nebulizer projecting water droplets so as to cool the air from the passenger compartment and a water tank for supplying said nebulizer with water, said reservoir being removable.
[006] With the nebulization system of the invention, the water filling is made easy thanks to the removable tank which can be disassembled to facilitate its filling water.
[007] Advantageously, the nebulization system comprises means for connecting the removable reservoir adapted to fluidly connect the removable reservoir to the nebulization system.
[008] Advantageously, the connection means allow rapid assembly / disassembly of the removable tank.
[009] Advantageously, the water not nebulized by the nebulizer is recovered by the nebulization system.
Advantageously, the non-nebulized water is recovered in a fixed tank, said fixed tank being connected to the removable tank by the connecting means.
Advantageously, the fixed tank is mounted under the removable tank so that the removable tank feeds the fixed tank in water.
Advantageously, the fixed tank comprises a sensor for measuring the water level in the fixed tank.
[0013] Advantageously, the nebulizer is of piezoelectric type.
The invention also relates to a vehicle comprising a nebulization system as described above, said nebulization system being placed within the passenger compartment.
Advantageously, the vehicle comprising a central console placed between the front seats of the vehicle, said nebulizing system is placed at the center console of the vehicle to cool the air at the rear seats of the vehicle.
Other features and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the detailed description of the embodiments of the invention, given by way of example only, and with reference to the drawings which show: FIG. a diagram of a motor vehicle comprising a nebulization system according to the invention, • Figure 2, a diagram of a first embodiment of the nebulization system of Figure 1, and • Figure 3, a diagram of a second embodiment of the nebulization system of Figure 1.
In what follows, the described embodiments focus more particularly on an implementation of the air pollution control system according to the invention in the context of a motor vehicle. However, any implementation in a different context, in particular in any type of vehicle, is also covered by the present invention.
Referring to Figure 1, a motor vehicle 1 comprises a ventilation system (not shown) of the air 2 in the passenger compartment 3 of the vehicle 1 and a nebulizing system 4 adapted to cool the air flow 2A generated by the ventilation system.
The ventilation system is adapted to operate in a closed circuit, in other words, it generates a flow of air 2A from the air 2 present inside the passenger compartment 3, or in an open circuit, in other words, it generates the air flow 2A from air coming from outside the passenger compartment 3.
Preferably, the nebulizing system 4 is mounted at the center console, in other words between the front seats 11 to cool the air 2 at the rear seats 12 of the vehicle 1. Thus, the nebulizer system 4 is mounted within the passenger compartment 3 of the vehicle 1.
As illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, such a nebulization system 4 comprises two piezoelectric nebulizers 41 supplied with water 5 by reservoirs 42, 43. Each nebulizer 41 comprises a membrane 410 adapted to vibrate by excitation in order to project droplets 6 of water in the air stream 2A. The membrane 410 is micro-perforated to allow recirculation of the non-nebulized water, i.e., non-projected water in the air stream 2A, to the tanks 42, 43. vibration of the membrane 410 is used to project water droplets 6 in the air stream 2A to cool said air flow 2A. The cooled air 2A is then sent into the cabin 3 of the vehicle 1 by the ventilation system of the vehicle 1 in order to lower the temperature within the passenger compartment 3. Preferably, each droplet 6 has a size between 2 , 5 μm and 20 μm, preferably less than 5 μm. Thus, such droplets 6 remain in suspension in the air 2 because of their small size.
The nebulization system 4 comprises two reservoirs 42, 43: a fixed reservoir 42 and a removable reservoir 43. Each reservoir 42, 43 comprises a vent 44 to allow air circulation between the inside and the outside of the corresponding reservoir 42, 43 during filling and / or emptying of said reservoir 42, 43. In other words, the vents 44 make it possible to manage the venting of the water circuit of the nebulization system 4.
The fixed tank 42 is adapted to recover the water 5 not nebulized by the nebulizers 41. Preferably, the fixed tank 42 is mounted under the mobile tank 43, so that the removable tank 43 supplies the fixed tank 42 with water 5. Thus, the fixed tank 42 advantageously comprises a level sensor 45, for example of the electromagnetic type, in order to detect a low water level in the tanks 42, 43. Such a low level makes it possible to indicate to the The user of the vehicle 1 to fill the removable tank 43. The level sensor 45 is thus placed in a fixed element of the nebulization system 4, which makes it easy to set up and limits the risk of failure.
Preferably, the removable tank 43 has a larger capacity than the fixed tank 42 to ensure the water supply 5 of the nebulizers 41 during the use of the vehicle 1.
The removable tank 43 may be filled via a plug 46 placed at an upper portion of the removable tank 43. To facilitate the filling of the removable tank 43, the latter is fluidly connected to the nebulization system 4 by means of connection 47 placed at a lower portion of the removable tank 43. Such connecting means 47 allow the quick and easy assembly / disassembly of the removable tank 43, for example by simple interlocking. The connection means 47 also make it possible to seal the removable reservoir 43 to the nebulizing system 4, for example by means of a seal ensuring the tightness of the interlocking.
Thus, thanks to the sealed connection of the removable tank 43, it is easy and quick to fill the nebulization system 4 with water 5 by removing the removable tank 43 to fill it with water 5, for example to a tap, and then by raising the removable tank 43 to the nebulization system 4. This is all the more advantageous as the nebulization system 4 is located inside the cabin 3 where the water filling is complex. The removable tank 43 can thus be disassembled so that it can be filled easily outside the vehicle 1.
The nebulization system 4 further comprises, according to one embodiment, a water filter 48 mounted upstream of the nebulizers 41 so as to filter the particles present in the water 5 and thus optimize the nebulization of the water 5 filtered by the nebulizers 41.
Finally, the nebulizing system 4 comprises a pump 49 which can be placed upstream of the nebulizers 41, as shown in Figure 2, to put the nebulizers 41 under pressure, or downstream of the nebulizers 41, as illustrated. in Figure 3, to put the nebulizers in depression.
The terms "upstream" and "downstream" are defined with respect to the water circuit of the nebulizing system feeding, through the tanks 42, 43, the nebulizers 31 placed downstream. The water circuit is looped through the recovery of the non-nebulized water to the fixed tank 42.
It has been presented a nebulization system 4 comprising two nebulizers 41; however, it goes without saying that system 4 could include a different number, including one or more than two. Similarly, the nebulizers 41 may be of any other type than piezoelectric.
In summary, the present invention is a nebulizing system in the air for cooling the air in the vehicle interior, the system being easily refilled with water through a removable tank.
